Liverpool team news confirmed for Porto, with Jurgen Klopp making three changes

Divock Origi had a surprising start for Liverpool in the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final against FC Porto at Estádio do Dragão.

The Belgian striker replaces Roberto Firmino, who falls on the bench.

It will be the first time Origi has started a European game for the Reds since the quarter-finals of the Europa League against Borussia Dortmund three years ago.

Jurgen Klopp made three changes to the team that beat Chelsea on Sunday.

The coach opted for new legs, with James Milner and Gini Wijnaldum entering the midfield in place of Naby Keita and Jordan Henderson.

Liverpool will go into second game with a 2-0 lead over last week's Anfield game when they took control of the Naby Keita and Roberto Firmino goalscoring draw.

The Reds' reward if they progress to the semifinals for the second consecutive season is a last clash with Barcelona.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Fabinho, Milner, Wijnaldum, Juba, Division, Origi

Subs: Mignolet, Keita, Firmino, Gomez, Henderson, Sturridge, Shaqiri.
