Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Thanh handed over the decision of the Minister of Public Security to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Van Thinh – Chief of Police of the City of Lao Cai and Lieutenant Colonel Tran Quoc Huy – Chief of Police of the Muong Khuong District was appointed Deputy Director of Public Security Province of Lao Cai.
