"A rain that Ho Chi Minh City flooded 80% of unsustainable urban development"

Speaking at the ceremony, the president of the Vietnam Architects Association said: "Now we say that intelligent urban theory is a lot, but the action is very poor. Especially when urbanization is stronger, Ho Chi Minh City drainage is smaller. Flows are blocked, the whole system of urban stagnation makes a rain without leaving the water, the city is increasingly flooded.
