Tareck William Saab requested precautionary measures and the initiation of a preliminary investigation against Juan Guaidó, interim president of Venezuela.
Saab has requested that the country's interim president be banned from leaving the country, divesting of movable and immovable property and blocking its bank accounts.
"There is a citizen who took all this action that is impeding the Venezuelan Constitution, we preliminarily opened that the precautionary measures are ordered against Juan Guaidó," said Saab.
