Dr. Evil left his lair on Monday to announce "The Tonight Show," which he was running in mid-term elections.
"It's 2018. The evil is now," said Dr. Evil, also known as Mike Myers, to host Jimmy Fallon. "It's hip. It's like playing Fortnite while beating a Tide pod and doing the Shiggy challenge."
Dr. Evil added that running for political office was not his first choice.
"I was originally waiting for Brett Kavanaugh's work, but Trump said I was too moderate for it," he said.
Dr. Evil also unveiled his "5 Point Mal Plan," which includes a special role for "doughboy" Donald Trump Jr.
