A specialist in money-saving, Martin Lewis says that big changes are being made to those who have student debt.

The Erude loan company has bought the government student loan debt and is sending letters to a specific group of alumni.

And that means some of them may be about to receive a letter in the mail.

Speaking about this morning, Martin said, "If you started college between 1990 and 1998, be careful, you can get a letter in the post.

"You're probably in your 30s or 40s right now, and this is anyone who has an excellent student loan.
