Zelensky signed the law to repeal the "Lozovoi Amendment" / GORDON

In addition to canceling the "Lozovoi Amendment", the law signed by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky grants the right to staple the National Anti-Corruption Office and the State Department of Investigation.

On October 15, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed bill No. 1009 adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on October 4 to improve certain provisions of the criminal procedural law, which repealed the "Lozov amendment" (with the name of the deputy convocation of the VIII of the Radical Party, Andrey Lozovy).

This is indicated on the account page on the parliament website.

The document also assumes that the National Anti-Corruption Department of Ukraine (NABU) and the State Investigation Department will have the right to listen.

October 4 Verkhovna Rada passed the bill in a second second reading and in general. The document was sent to the president on October 9.

On demand grant telephone listening rights to NABU recommended by the International Monetary Fund.
