Metropolitan Boryspil and Brovarsky Anthony stated that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate decided not to participate in the unification council, and would punish the bishops who were there. This is reported by the UOC Information Center on Facebook.

"The decision will be made by the sacred synod according to the canonical rules of the church," Anthony said.
