Acting Minister of Health, Uliana Suprun, after the parliamentary elections in the autumn of 2019, is ready to cooperate with the new government if it is constructive. She told me about it in an interview with DW.
A prerequisite for the cooperation Suprun called the cabinet absence of people who would block reforms. According to. Minister of Health, it is impossible to work with people who have opposing views.
Uliana Suprun also said her candidacy was submitted to the government by representatives of the current coalition, but her team stands ready to cooperate with any constructive political force.
"We will monitor what happens in the next six months and we are ready to cooperate with any constructive political force to explain the course of the reforms and provide the industry with the necessary funding," said Suprun.

Suprun recalled how the pharmaceutical lobby and almost the entire committee on health issues did not agree to the reform because it assumed "not in the manual way of distributing money to hospitals, but to pay for specific services, but in this way it is very difficult to steal something and give to the godfather or friend ".
Suprun also noted that in August she will be the head of the Ministry of Health for longer in the history of independent Ukraine. It does not interfere with her "acting" status.
On criticism of the reform of newly elected President Vladimir Zelensky and his health adviser Yevgeny Komarovsky, she replied that after the elections, Zelensky's team expressed support for the reforms.
"They would like to see how it might happen, perhaps, to give some advice." We are ready to present the changes, but we insist that they have already begun and are irreversible. change financing – from 2020 ", – said Suprun.
Recall reported that Parliament wants to create a separate hospital for Members only.
