The second shot of Mars new spacecraft

NASA's InSight spacecraft sent another snapshot of the Mars Red Planet after landing.

NASA's InSight Research Agency has transmitted from Mars a photograph of the Red Planet that was taken during the day after landing. About it on Tuesday, November 27, the press service of the American department.

"The unfolded camera, which is in the hand of NASA's InSight, took this photo on the surface of Mars on November 26 – the same day it landed on the Red Planet," NASA reports.

According to the ministry, the image was transmitted to Earth thanks to its own Odyssey probe, which is now conducting an orbital flight around Mars.

Earlier, NASA's InSight research vehicle transmitted the first image of the planet from Mars, but it turned out not to be of high quality because of the dust-covered glass of the device itself.

Remember, unmanned aerial vehicle automatically controlled InSight was released on May 5, and on November 26, made a successful landing on Mars. It is assumed that within two years the device will explore the depths of the Red Planet to study the internal structure and composition.
