Changed the principles of charging for water
In February, the principles of charging for services consumed for centralized water supply and drainage systems have changed.
In Ukraine, on January 25, 2019, a new method to distribute the amount of public services consumed in a building came into force. About this on Tuesday, February 5, KP Kievvodokanal reports.
It should be noted that the methodology was approved on November 22, 2018 by order of the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine No. 315, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine on Commercial Accounting for Energy Heat and Water supply.
According to the method, for houses where all rooms are equipped with cold water meters, the amount of imbalance is distributed among all consumers in proportion to the volume of consumption. And for homes where some of the facilities are not equipped with cold water meters, the amount of imbalance is distributed among consumers who do not have meters in proportion to the number of people who actually use the services.
In addition, for each home your billing period must be defined, on the date it is the removal of indicators from the commercial (general) accounting unit and distributed to consumers.
Recall that as of February 1, NKREKU increased the tariff for water supply and drainage to Kievvodokanal at 11.4%.
