OBER officially resumes operations in Abu Dhabi



Ober, the Intelligent Transport operator and the Department of Transportation of Abu Dhabi (ADTA), announced the resumption of its first operation in the emirate after more than two years of suspension.

The Department of Transportation of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, represented by the Integrated Transport Center, has signed a cooperation agreement with leading technology company Ober, which provides a transport application with the click of a button.

The agreement was attended by Mr. Mohammed Darwish Al Qamzi, General Manager of the Integrated Transport Center, and Mr. Obour, Mr. Anthony Al Khoury, Middle East Regional Director of Ober.

Under the terms of the agreement, Ober will resume its passenger service within the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and will connect other emirates by means of luxury vehicles (limousines) or licensed persons to be booked through an intelligent application, in accordance with with a statement published by the MENA Herald website.

The agreement will also contribute to the provision of flexible economic opportunities for citizens and citizens, leading full-time or part-time application using their own vehicles, in accordance with the terms and conditions established by the Center.
