While Amazon's spokesperson has emphasized that executives have the power to cover these lawsuits and explain that the number of dismissed employees in North America has continued to decline in the past two years, the current dismissal has not been specified.

It is understood that Amazon employees sometimes openly oppose the company's productivity requirements. East African immigrant workers at the Minnesota factory organized protests in 2018, saying the company did not give them enough time to rest and pray, and Amazon continued to emphasize the work in the Amazon.
