Felix Neureuther actually did this: the newly retired ski legend passed under the singers – only on April 1. Music belonging to the video raises questions.

Felix Neureuther has to "move on". The first step in leaving your life as a successful skier is to release a song entitled "Moving Forward."

In "Antenne Bayern" Neureuther announced on March 29, 2019, the exclusive world premiere of her debut as a singer for April 1, 2019.

Neureuther's music video suggests – especially in connection with the first release on April 1st – in his style the suspicion that the son of Rosi Mittermaier and Christian Neureuther with the vocal career is not very serious.

His debut is that along with his boards, which meant the world to him so far, he saw and traveled. Now he will remain "lonely". Saudade leaves him no choice.

In real life, Neureuther is anything but lonely. The 35-year-old is married to former biathlete Miriam Gössner and the father of a daughter.

The skis were the great love of Neureuther

Neureuther gently caresses her skis in the video for the song and asks her to let it go. He had to "chain" and sings: "Leash go".

Following the example of great ski idols like Toni Sailer or Hansi Hinterseer, Neureuther, who wanders through his picturesque Bavarian homeland during the video, uses his rhythm to serve folkloric tastes.

Many people thought it was an April joke. But Felix Neureuther really passed under the singers. Just two weeks after his last race, the best German skier of the century launched his first song.
