"Yes, that's the way it is," says Jon Jörpeland, a meteorologist at SMHI.

To be counted as a spring according to the meteorological definition, seven days are needed in a stretch where the temperature is above zero degrees.

Today, Thursday, we are on the sixth day with temperatures above zero.

But tomorrow we will have colder northern air and the daytime temperature will drop.

"Then we have to start over." Unfortunately, the weather spring has to wait for Uppsala part, says Jon Jörpeland, who notes that we now have more normal temperatures for the season.
