Johan Fransson has twelve seasons behind SHL. Previously, he represented clubs like Luleå, Frölunda and Linköping. In 2014, the inclination went to the Swiss championship and has the last three seasons disputed in Geneva.

Johan Fransson participated in the gold medal of the World Cup with Sweden 2013. Last winter he was part of Tre Kronor's team who played the Olympics in Pyeongchang.
