Markus "Notch" Persson.
Notch is the 10th anniversary of "Minecraft".
The creators of the game are stopped by the current owners of Microsoft and can not attend in Stockholm.
– Their comments and opinions are not reflected by Microsoft or Mojang and are not representative of "Minecraft," said a spokesman for the American magazine Variety.
Markus "Notch" Persson, 39, is not welcome when "Minecraft" celebrates its tenth anniversary in Stockholm on May 17, writes the Variety trade magazine. The motive is the spokesman's controversial opinion on social media, where he made transphobic visions, called a Gay Pride celebration for heterosexuals and wrote comments like "it's okay to be white" to his 3.7 million followers on twitter.
"His comments and opinions are not reflected by Microsoft or Mojang and are not representative of" Minecraft, "said a Variety spokesman.
Notch Removed Reference
In 2014, Microsoft bought the company Mojang, which is behind the "Minecraft", for $ 2.5 billion, corresponding to SEK 18 billion. That made Notch one of the richest people in the world, with a personal fortune of about 10 billion Swedish crowns, according to Forbes magazine's calculations.
But, according to the Microsoft spokesman, he had nothing to do with the game since he sold it. In the last update of the game, a month ago, a Notch reference was also removed from the game's home screen.
