Is this new Nokia mobile monster Nokia 9 Pureview?

In less than a month, HMD Global will launch the most powerful Nokia handset yet – with five cameras in the back.

This weekend, HMD Global, which manufactures phones under the Nokia brand, has confirmed that it will hold a major launch event in Barcelona on February 24, the day before the Mobile World Congress starts.

Many data indicate that the headline will be the launch of the new Nokia 9 Pureview flagship. The phone uses a Snapdragon 845 chip, has a 5.99-inch high-resolution screen and five cameras in the back, to believe in leaks.

The phone receives 6 GB of pictures, 128 GB of storage, support for wireless charging, and a built-in fingerprint reader. Those photos that was published by the Evan Blass leak at the end of 2018 shows that the phone has no sensor hook, but has camera and speaker on a slightly thicker screen edge.

HMD Global used two images to promote the event, which provides additional clues. One actually shows a set of five lens cameras, the other shows a silhouette of a phone that appears to have a cutout on the front camera screen. Like the Honor View20 and the Samsung Galaxy A8s. Because it does not match the details of Nokia 9, it is speculated that may be the design of Nokia 6.2.

HMD Global has been able to revive Nokia mobile phones. Its low-cost cell phones, like the new edition of the Nokia 3310, have become big sellers and, here in Europe, the company's smartphones also seem to sell well.

Now an expansion is waiting in the west. Last week, HMD Global announced that it had secured two heavy contracts with carriers Verizon and Cricket, which will soon begin selling Nokia phones in their stores, writes ZDNet.
