The 9th International Exhibition of Miniature Photography of the 2018 Biennial, organized by the Janez Puhar Kranj Photography Society, was opened at the central event of the Carniolan Prešeren Theater on Wednesday.
Kranj – Miniatures are a unique exhibition of paper photographs in a prescribed format, in which artistic desires have to be matched with the appropriate content of the photograph. This year, 103 authors from 18 countries in the world responded to the Miniature 2018 contest, of which there were 63 Gorenjci. This year's theme went beyond the free theme, which is the basic condition of any good miniature – minimalism.
