Judges are convinced that the ethical principles required for the office of President of the Court have been violated.
The four judges of the Bratislava III District Court ask David Lindtner to resign as President of the Court. This stems from a call to TASR on Sunday.
"According to the media communication between you and Marian K., who is part of the criminal case, and you yourself confirmed, the ethical principles required for the office of President of the Court were violated and enshrined in the Judges Act," he said. the call. The judges noted that Lindtner subsequently unacceptably underestimated this communication in the media response.
The four judges argue that Lindtner's stay as president of the court is unacceptable to them. The call is signed by Maroš Fekete, Ivan Fekete, Ivan Bartek and Karol Posluch.
