– Ginger Root
– 4 garlic cloves
half a cinnamon stick
– whole lemon
– 4 deciliters of water
Peel the ginger and cut it, then place it in cold water with clove and cinnamon. Cook the drink over a low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from the leader, cover and let stand for another 20 minutes.
