Tarkett: Barclays initiates supervisory follow-up

Barclays starts a Tarkett follow-up with an overweight recommendation and a fixed price of € 23, highlighting the geographically balanced exposure of the floor specialist.

"Although revenues are less cyclical (mainly due to non-residential renewal) than the rest of our coverage, profits have suffered in the past two years," says the broker.

Barclays predicts "a strong recovery, fueled mainly by clean levers, which are not included in consensus forecasts" and considers the valuation to be "reasonably attractive" in both historical and relative terms.
