Côte d'Ivoire: 5 Fcfa increase in the price of super liter and diesel

The liter of super lead for the month of February was fixed at 605 CFA francs, 5 CFA francs, as well as diesel, much used in the transportation sector, with a relatively low price for more than six months.

The unleaded super-environment, whose price per liter was generally high compared to diesel, is still down from the prices of previous years. From 640 FCFA in November, 630 in December and 610 in January, the liter of gasoline stood at 605 in February.

As regards the price of kerosene, used in rural areas, the liter was fixed at CFAF 555. It remains unchanged. And this, in the view, does not increase the cost of living of the poorest populations.

The price of fuel in Côte d'Ivoire is changing according to the price of a barrel of oil. The State decided to readjust the price of the barrel in the international market.
