Dr Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Egypt, said: "I greet the Arab and African brothers in their second country. We are pleased to host the Arab Youth Forum and Youth Volunteers. young people and young people in recognition of the importance of volunteering at various levels. Volunteering contributes to the formation of the positive personality of young people and works to deepen the values ​​of loyalty and belonging to young people, offering to achieve the development of the homeland.

"This meeting coincides with the presidency of the Arab Republic of Egypt under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi of the African Union. contribute to bringing together the views of Arab and African youth. " And exchange experiences in the field of volunteering and entrepreneurship, and we will examine the initiatives that will leave the forum and what can be implemented. "

"The establishment of the forum at Arab and African level is the first of its kind, uniting young people from the Arab world with their peers from the African continent," said Hassan Bou Hazza, president of the Arab Union for Volunteering.

"The conference will be a reflection of the outcome of the conference on the Arab and African sides and will contribute to the definition of this youth group with the common challenges and difficulties facing the development process in these Arab and African worlds and we believe in supporting the role of youth Arab and African countries to find creative and unconventional solutions to issues and issues of interest.The two sides will share their experiences as well as highlight the successful experiences that can be used. The opening events included a film about Egypt and a film about the activities of the Arab Union for Volunteering and a film about the activities of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Egypt in the field of volunteering and the presentation of musical passages from the Ministry of Youth and Sports Orchestra.

The participating countries are Zambia, Mauritania, South Sudan, Malawi, Sudan, Uganda, Djibouti, Nigeria, Gabon, Ghana, Benin, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Republic of Yemen, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Algeria, the Sultanate of Oman . , Palestine, the Comoros, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Iraq, Somalia and Egypt.

The Yemeni delegation is represented by Sultan Mughlas, "Partnership for Development", Bassam al-Jabri, Mohammed Mashhour, Shatha al-Aghbari, Safa Ahmad, Asia Mohammed, Mohammed Saleh and Mohammed Awad.
