Russia has completely ceased cooperation with NATO, the Foreign Ministry said.

"With regard to the armed conflict with NATO, all the reasonable hopes that this will not happen, it would be a catastrophe for the whole of humanity, I am sure that Washington and Brussels understand this," added the deputy foreign minister.
