With Charlotte Flair's conquest of the Smackdown Women's Championship, the question of how the WWE was going to solve the situation.

As you can see, Stephanie McMahon announced that main-event of WrestleMania 35 between Raw Women's Champion Round Rousey, Smackdown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair and the winner of Women's Royal Rumble of 2019 Becky Lynch will be a "Winner Takes All ".
In other words, the fighter that wins the match will be in possession of both the Raw Women's Championship and the Smackdown Women's Championship.
