Notices regarding suspicious invoices appear mainly on the territory of the PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, but as Majewski points out, cases of false correspondence are recorded by the company in Poland.
"We ask our clients to take special care and not transfer money to an account transferred in false correspondence." If in doubt, it is always up to you to call our infoline at (+48) 422 222 222 "- Majewski adds.
PGE spokesman Obrt emphasized that the actions of dishonest vendors are a problem that all service operators struggle with. "PGE Obrt bases its activity on transparency and fair competition, consisting, among other things, in accurately informing customers about its products and services. The company is certified by the Energa Trade Association Code of Good Practice", he points out.
The company also reads each year in the "Check who sells energy" information campaign, in order to warn against dishonest practices in the electricity and gas market.
"We also run our own information campaigns to alert and inform customers, how we can not deceive ourselves, and remember the rights of consumers and encourage everyone to read all kinds of contracts," said Majewski.
PGE Obrt is part of the PGE Capital Group, Poland's largest power and heating group and one of the largest energy companies in Central and Eastern Europe. The company serves more than 5 million customers.
