A video of a fight between a woman and an employee at a McDonald's store in the US is going viral after the restaurant employee threw a blender at the customer.
The incident occurred at a McDonald's store in Ohio in September. The discussion between the customer and the restaurant manager began with an incorrect order and poor customer service.
Surveillance camera footage shows the visibly angry woman placing the order directly to someone not visible on the camera. After she has thrown some items at the employee, a blender comes flying and hits her face, which causes her to fall backwards.
Another client helps the woman get up and she keeps fighting with the employee.

According to reports, the customer, identified as Britany Price, had ordered food for her children who were waiting outside. Realizing that the order was incorrect, Prince allegedly asked the restaurant to correct the order, but says he received no response. Tired of waiting, Prince decided to take the rest of the order from his car for a refund and was angry about waiting for her to give the manager the wrong order.
She suffered a broken nose and a broken cheek from a blow to the face by the blender.
According to one WBAL-TV report, no criminal charges have been filed, but Prince and his lawyer are starting a civil lawsuit against McDonald's.
Property manager Nashawnda Johnson said she could hear Price cursing at the counter when she was getting her refund. Johnson, who has worked in the fast-food chain for 10 years, said she was attacked from behind and did not know she had thrown a blender at the customer. Johnson was reportedly fired after the incident.
