MANILA, Philippines – A package containing one kilogram of suspected illegal drugs was recovered along the coast of Bordeaux, Quezon province, on Saturday morning.
In an initial report from the Regional Office of Police 4A, a certain Raizel Ponce Anog walked along the coast at the Tingtingon Site, Barangay Cabungalan in Bordeaux, Quezon when he discovered a black rubber containing a plastic pack of powdery white substance, suspected to be cocaine or shabu, at 9:30 am

Anog delivered the illegal drugs to the authorities of the Municipal Police of Bordeaux. The package will be delivered to the Provincial Office of Quezon Criminal Laboratories for laboratory tests.
A spokesman for the Philippine National Police, police colonel Bernard Banac, told INQUIRER.net that police are still confirming whether the drugs were shabu or cocaine. / jpv
