Team Veidekke DA was commissioned by Ulven Bolig AS (EMDC) to build the first 342 apartments at the Ulven in Oslo, as well as a large kindergarten and industrial areas. The contract is approximately NOK 620 million, excluding value-added tax.

The Veidekke DA team consists of Veidekke Entreprenør AS, Bravida / ORAS, LPO Architects, Erichsen & Horgen, Dr techn. Olav Olsen, Landskapet and Stema Rådgivning. Ulven Bolig AS is a subsidiary of OBOS Forretningsbygg AS.

The wolf is one of the largest OBOS development projects of all time, and will eventually transform the 280-acre area into a new and exciting city in Oslo with a total of more than 2,000 apartments, according to the announcement of the values.

The first project, Ulvenparken, contains, in addition to the apartments, a nursery with five departments and industrial street areas. The new project will have good park areas and squares in the immediate vicinity, as well as "green" street gates on both sides. Its location is central to what is becoming the new Wolf within walking distance of the shopping mall and the metro station in Økern.

"Ulvenparken is a very interesting project in which we, as entrepreneurs, set up an architecture and consulting team with the highest hosting experience in the industry. In companionship, we come to what we believe to be the way we work together and build the future" , says Veidekke Bygg Oslo, Anders W. Haugen, Director.

"The way we organize ourselves, with the creation of our own company, Team Veidekke DA, means that we work together to find good, profitable and rational solutions. We have been working together for more than half a year and will continue to do so when we start physically Wolf The Veidekke DA team goes into a total contractor for the B2 field, Ulvenparken and in combination with the co-location, the participants gain a lot of ownership of the project. We look forward to building the building and proving that it is possible to build significantly cheaper than the cut today, "concludes Haugen.

– Ulvenparken becomes a housing company with very good apartments, good qualities of books and beautiful outdoor areas. And it's amazing that we, along with Team Veidekke DA, can build the Ulvenpark at a much lower construction cost than most other housing projects we own, "says Nils Morten Bøhler at OBOS Forretningsbygg AS.

The start of construction is planned for December 2018 and then the first residents move to their new apartments in the fall of 2021.
