The band had to postpone their planned "No Filter" tour when Jagger was denied by doctors at the end of March to continue. He had to have a new operated heart valve.

However, on Saturday night, the 75-year-old rider could step in at Soldiers Field in Chicago where he seemed obvious and happy to return. The band opened with "Street Fighting Man" which was quickly followed by "Let's Spend The Night Together".

Dances like a teenager

It's only five weeks since cardiac surgery. But Jagger should be more vocal than ever.

On Wednesday afternoon, he posted a video clip in his own account on Instagram. There he dances in a family style.

The video is already shown more than 1.2 million times and 18,600 fans left messages of encouragement, among them are also daughter Georgia May Jagger (27): Go Dada! She writes.

"It's great to be back at Soldier Field for the eighth time," Jagger told the audience before starting the third song on the show.

All members of the Rolling Stones are now in their 70s. Guitarist Keith Richards is also 75, while fellow guitarist Ronnie Wood is 72. Drummer Charlie Watts is the band's veteran at age 78.
