Gas exploration: sound energy more optimistic than ever

The British company Sound Energy announced Monday that its TE-7 well located on the Tendrara license shows very good tank pressure. As a result, she indicates that she has more confidence in her exploration than before.

This announcement comes in its small-scale development program, which plans to make the final investment decision for the discovery of Horst TE-5. TE-7 is currently one of the main discoveries of natural gas in Morocco, with a registered flow of 32 million cubic feet per day.

Sound Energy indicates that the pressure monitoring period has been extended to observe a continuous increase in pressure. This operation also provides important information about the volume of gas in the location. The company also believes that reserves could exceed 115 billion cubic feet per day, against 40 billion, as indicated in a July 2017 review.
