First step of the largest job-related event in Morocco co-organized by Novojob and Amaljob, the city of Marrakech has hosted hundreds of candidates and visitors throughout the day to attend the companies present in the Caravan.

Designed to help job seekers better integrate into the world of work, Caravan has enabled young candidates from Marrakech and neighboring regions to test their skills in contacting recruiters.

Fifteen exhibitors took advantage of the Marrakech stage to meet and evaluate profiles corresponding to their recruitment needs. Among them, Club Med, Credit Agricole, Menara Holding, Majorel, Al Amana Microfinance and institutions such as EFE Morocco, Morocco SME, ANAPEC, Ministry of National Education Vocational Training and Higher Education Research. scientific basis.

Between the presentation of companies and their activities, job opportunities and preliminary job interviews, many companies have arranged commitments for candidates to continue the process. In another note, and as part of the news promised by Job and Trades Caravan 2019, two services were added to the map.

Many workshops were organized during this Marrakech stage: job search techniques, curriculum correction and cover letter, all with EFE Morocco coaches fully available to candidates. Booths were also created for this purpose for speed training that happened non-stop throughout the day.

The exchanges allowed to inform the candidates and visitors about this status and its advantages. And at the exhibitors' address, Novojob-Amaljob has created specific support to enable them to achieve their goals by posting their ads on Novojob-Amaljob platforms, or by promoting their employer brand.

The next stage of the Job and Trades Caravan 2019 is scheduled for Thursday, June 20, in Tangier (Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region). Rabat (Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region), on Thursday 10 October, and Casablanca (Casablanca-Settat region) on Wednesday 30 October and Thursday 31 October will continue to complete the program.
