Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith suffered a terrible tibial and fibular injury during the game against the Houston Texans, so he had to be taken off the field and taken to a hospital.

He ran the third quarter of the game with 7:46 to be played the same when Smith was caught by Kareem Jackson, but when he fell to the grass, the quarterback's right leg was arrested causing a terrible injury. The rest of the campaign was discarded.
