Rafael Camacho has only one year remaining in his contract with Liverpool after the current season.
A summer break has been repeatedly spoken in Portugal, with the 19-year-old being frustrated that he did not get the minutes he thought he would do this season.
It has been reported that Camacho played an important role in Jurgen Klopp's team and was annoyed that this was not the case.
Clubs in Portugal, Germany and England are linked to young Liverpool, with Sporting being probably the subject of most of the claims.
Saturday's edition of Record says Liverpool are determined not to lose 'Diamond' and will continue to try to get Camacho to sign a renewal. He received a five-year contract at Anfield but was clearly not impressed enough to sign him yet.
The Reds will continue their efforts, with Record saying they want a "all-around" renewal.
