Huawei Mate 20 X receives a price cut RM300

Huawei's large Matt 20 X screen is getting a price cut of RM300 in Malaysia. The 7.2 games-centric smartphone originally sold for RM3,199 and is now going to RM2,899.

The new reduced price is already reflected in the official Huawei online store, as well as Shopee and Lazada.

In terms of specs, the Huawei Mate 20 X comes with a 7.2 "Full HD display with a small notch and works with a top-of-the-line Kirin 980 processor with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage that is expandable through an NM card.

For images, the Mate 20 X has a camera configuration similar to Mate 20 Pro. It receives a 40MP main camera, a 20MP wide angle camera and an 8MP telephoto. For selfies, you get a 24MP front camera. Instead of a fingerprint sensor on the screen, the Mate 20 X uses a unit mounted on the back.

It also gets a pair of stereo speakers and powering the Mate 20 X is a large 5.000mAh battery that supports fast charging via USB-C. It is available in Phantom Silver and Midnight Blue. At the official Huawei store, the Mate 20 X comes with a free M-Pen and a Flip Cover that are worth RM286 combined.

In addition to Mate 20 X, Huawei also recently reduced the price of its Mate 20 Pro from RM3,599 to RM2,999. Meanwhile, the standard Mate 20 is now going to RM2,399, instead of its original price of RM2,799.
