Calcium baby needs four times more

J. Barzdenytė points out that newborns need 400 mg of calcium per day for half a year and 600 mg of calcium per day for children under five. We need to have adequate child nutrition to ensure that the child has the correct calcium content.

According to the doctor, a lot of calcium has dairy products. For example, half a glass of yogurt without additives has 207 mg of calcium, a cheese slice of about 112 mg, a quarter of spinach – about 60 mg and a slice of all parts of the bread – about 24 mg of this valuable substance. Cheeses are also good for cheese, but you should avoid sweetened cottage cheese or yogurt, which is actually a source of not very useful but sweet substances.
