Lebanese singer Elissa joined protesters marching in the streets of Lebanon on Saturday to protest the deteriorating economic situation in the country.
Elissa was in the Martyrs' Square in central Beirut to take part in demonstrations by the Lebanese people demanding the fall of the government and the president.
Elissa appeared in photos and videos, carrying the Lebanese flag and walking between demonstrations.
In an interview with Al-Jadeed TV, Elissa said in response to a question about her departure from the Forces Party and Dr. Samir Geagea:
Elissa also reiterated her rejection of the Secretary-General's declaration of God's love about his protection of Lebanon from within.
