Members of the Arab League mission began their work to monitor voting days in the referendum on amendments to the Egyptian Constitution, scheduled for 20-22 April, in which observers from 13 Arab nationalities were deployed in the provinces of Cairo and Giza and some provinces of Upper Egypt. . The function of the observers is to evaluate the various aspects of the electoral process during the days of referendum, comparing the validity of the procedures and compliance with the provisions of the law and the decisions of the National Commission of Elections, evaluating the procedures for the opening of polling stations , voting procedures and closure of polling stations. The Arab League operating room should coordinate and communicate with observers during polling days, and periodic reports will be published in the follow-up process, as well as the audiovisual and visual media monitoring reports published in the referendum process.
