Heartburn is the "acidity" of common health problems. What are its causes and how can they be confronted?

To avoid heartburn, the German nutritionist recommends 5 to 6 small meals distributed throughout the day instead of large meals, taking into account as much of heavy and heavy meals as possible and not eating at the end of the day.

Also do not lie down immediately after eating, taking into account raising your upper body a bit when you sleep and lie down.

Heartburn can be treated with chamomile, fennel or coriander, while the psychological stress of burning in the stomach can be overcome through the practice of relaxation techniques such as yoga and meditation.
