Former Chief Justice Lee Dong-ho, former chief of the military's top judicial agency, is at a crossroads of redemption.

The prosecution filed a warrant for a former court chief accused of "bribery" under certain crimes.

The former court chief received nearly 100 million in cash and entertainment for many years from military contractor CEO Chung Mo.

The prosecution believes the former chief of court has influenced Chung's delivery process in exchange for money.

The prosecution confirmed the situation in which the former court chief regularly received money through a nominal account and also requested alleged violations of the Criminal Profit Law.

The prosecution seized and searched the High Military Court in the Pentagon's office building on May 5, and then called the military supply company's representative and the former court president.

It was reported that Lee had admitted most of his money in the first investigation of the prosecution.

When the prosecution's investigation began, the Department reported that normal work was difficult and dismissed the former chief of court after dismissing him from office.

As the status changes from soldiers to civilians, the Seoul Central District Court will determine whether the former president will be arrested.

To date, no general general has been investigated for suspicious status other than the former court president.

However, the prosecution is expanding the investigation, investigating whether the representative of the military vendor who handed over the money could be passed on to other military officers.
