Microsoft begins the April 2010 Xbox One update release

It's time to upgrade our Xbox: Microsoft informs us that the launch ofXbox One April update, which brings to all consoles a series of innovations already tested so far by members of the Preview program.

This time it's not a question of any major or highly anticipated news, but it's still little improvements that can please some. Here's what it is:

  • Xbox Game Pass Improvements – The update improves the management of Game Pass missions, allowing us to access them directly from the panel and see all of them in the "My profile".
  • Mini Virtual Keyboard – A new mini-keyboard has been added to replace the previous one: the more compact design allows you to move faster on the keyboard, making typing easier. Anyone who wants can still keep the big Settings -> Ease of use -> Magnifying glass -> Keyboard larger.
  • Restart the shutdown screen – If you need to do a full reset of the console, you can now do so comfortably from the shutdown screen, which appears by pressing the Xbox button on the keyboard for a few seconds; a new reset button has been added here.
  • Best uninstallation – If you try to install a game for which you have little space, the system will now suggest a series of titles to uninstall to create space, and once removed, the installation / download will start automatically without you having to restart it.

We remind you that, as always, it is a launch rolling; it means it will not arrive at the same time, but you can force it by looking for new updates to the system settings.
