The clocks have gone back and the nights are officially drawing in. Soon it will be dark in the morning, dark in the evening; and you might feel a corresponding gloominess in your mind, too.

Sorry to be glum about it, but the coming months can feel miserable, as we all start to miss the diet of sunlight that we've feasted on over winter.
