JEE Main Result 2019: JEE Main result of April 2019 will be released soon. The National Testing Agency or NTA, which held the first JEE Main exam in January and the second JEE Main in April, said the result for April's JEE Main will be released before the end of April. According to an NTA official, the outcome of JEE Main will be released today at 7:00 pm on the official site, jeemain.nic.in. More than 9 lakh students appeared in the second JEE Main 2019 and look forward to their result. After this result, the status of those who qualify for the JEE Advanced 2019 exam will also be clear. The first 2,24,000 JEE Main ranks (including those who attended the January exam) will be eligible for the JEE Advanced 2019 exam. JEE Main is held for admission to engineering degree programs offered in NITs, IIITs, SFTIs and CFTIs. Several states also accept the JEE's core score for admission into engineering programs offered at engineering institutes / colleges funded by state governments.

JEE Main outcome 2019: Evaluation of multiple choice issues
The evaluation of Paper-1 and Paper-2 multiple choice questions will be performed using the final answer keys and the gross (actual) scores obtained by one candidate will be considered for calculating the JEE Main result for the April 2019. For multi-shift roles, the gross marks obtained by the candidates in different rounds / sessions will be converted into NTA Score.
The NTA, which conducted the JEE Main exams on several dates with the candidates, receives different sets of questions per session that will follow a normalization procedure, while releasing JEE Main results. Read more here

In case of a tie, that is, when two or more candidates obtain the Total Total Score of the NTA in the results of the Principal JEE of 2019, the intersection of such candidates will be determined in the following order:
Classification list for admission to B.E. / B Tech. (in institutions other than IITs):
– NTA Score in Mathematics
– NTA score in Physics
– NTA score in Chemistry
– Older candidates in age
– If the resolution is not possible after this criterion, the candidates will receive the same classification.
JEE Main result 2019: How many NTA scores
The NTA scores of both the exam and the JEE Main 2019 Paper-1 exam for all candidates who appeared in January 2019 as well as in April 2019 will be declared until 7:00 pm today. This will include the four NTA scores obtained by the candidate on the first attempt four NTA scores obtained on the second attempt and four NTA scores for those who appeared in both attempts (best of the two NTA Totals) along with the status of those who qualify to appear on the JEE Advanced 2019 provided and subject to other eligibility conditions met. The classification will include the classification All India and All India.
JEE Main result today: what is a compiled score?
