Gearbox gave fans some glimpses at Borderlands 3 earlier this year but now the developer has unveiled the title properly as part of a major gameplay revelation event on May 1st. The one-hour livestream gave us our first good look at the next action shooter in action, as we have more information about their new playable characters / Vault Hunters, weapons, gameplay wrinkles and more.

Borderlands 3 is inspired by Titanfall, which is always a welcome point of comparison, and brings Sirens – which are very important in the history of Borderlands 3 (which originally did not start on Pandora).

The revelation flow of Borderlands 3 gameplay will be streamed on the official Borderlands website and on the Twitch channel. Borderlands 3 Gameplay reveals stream start times

The Borderlands 3 had already been a cause for rumors but Gearbox officially announced the title last month in a very memorable live performance during the PAX East 2019. A few days later, the developer shared another trailer of the game. This introduced his cast – including its four new playable Vault Hunters – and confirmed its release date: September 13, 2019.

Borderlands 3 is coming to the PS4, Xbox One and PC. However, players wishing to bet on the second will have to do so at the Epic Games Store, as the game will be exclusive to Epic's showcase until April 2020. This move has certainly not been fulfilled without controversy, however, and the users started reviewing the bombing of previous Borderlands games on Steam in response.
