Hermina recounted the news that she had promoted her development with fake photographs, where she was removing apartments from allegedly paying customers, but she was also being investigated in a surreal case of scaffolding.

The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) has commenced a process of supervising competition against Hermina Center Ingatlanforgalmazó Ltd. for alleged violation of the ban on unfair commercial practices against consumers, the Office said on Friday with MTI. According to the announcement, the company had received several market signals from the company, which allegedly involved an unfair trading practice.

The company was impressed with the text and visual elements on its social networking site and on its website since May 2016 to show the properties it sells as well as related services, construction and supply options. Based on the information available to GVH, however, it is likely that the company has used photographs, drawings and building plans other than the property it commercializes.

According to the competition authority, Hermina Center Ltd. did not act according to the requirement of professional diligence when it suppressed its negative critics on its social networks and its commercial communications and only exhibited the praiseworthy inscriptions.

In addition, GVH investigates whether the properties marketed by the company as a passive house are in fact passive houses, because it is likely that the properties do not meet the requirements of the passive house, so that the quality of the property can not be adequately proven by the enterprise .

Photos taken from online photo sharing have long been a joke in social media and more ads were made for our company in our editorial office. In the spring, we were told that more than one buyer in your development project seemed to have paid the full or partial purchase price upon receiving a letter from the contractor for the end of the contract. The company referred to the lack of raw material and manpower while the house was still being built. According to the injured lawyer, the builder wanted to sell the more expensive apartments than he had hired for 2-3 years.

In October, Hermina was quoted as saying a company rented its 300 million forints scaffold to Hermina Happy Land 5-6. houses of the fourteenth century. Hermina told them that for a fraction he bought into a verbal agreement – and refused to return it. By the end of March, Hermina Center Ltd. had more than 23 million HUF in the company, and in April it did not want to pay any fees. The businessman filed suit at the Zuglo police station, but authorities finally refused to initiate the investigation, arguing that the dispute was a civil litigation, since the fact of embezzlement can not be justified.

According to BRFK, however, the situation is not so easy, so they started the investigation shortly afterwards. Police finally seized the scaffold in early October and Hermina Center Ltd. used it. Police investigate an unknown actor, Hermina continues to claim that they bought the scaffold for $ 92 million, and a former landlord still belongs, so they also started a procedure.

The launch of the competition supervision procedure does not mean that the company has committed the alleged infringement. The procedure is intended to clarify the facts and thus prove the alleged infringement. The period allowed for carrying out the procedure is three months, and may be extended twice, with up to two months each, in justified cases – the GVH Communication reads.

Some paid the full price of the purchase when they received a letter from the contractor that their contract had been terminated. A horror story about a condo.
