In the final phase of the suspension, where owners are invited to make the final adjustments, the cadastral survey is being carried out in several areas, according to a statement issued by the Hellenic Registry.
As stated in the announcement, on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, the Landing of the Cadastral Elements of the Limestone Municipalities began:
- a) Amphipolis
- b) Visalism
- (c) New Zealand and
- (d) Procapodistriano Municipalities: Validopiou, Dafnoudi, Emmanouil Pappas, Mesokomi, Metals, Monovrysi, Neos Skopos, Neou Souliou, Paralimni, Peteninou, Pentaápolis, Toumbas, Regional Serres Unit of the Region of Central Macedonia.
What to do in the post-registration phase
According to the Hellenic Land Registry, extracts from the Tables and Cadastral Charts have already been sent by post to the contact address declared by each citizen to better serve the beneficiaries.
Similar to the deferral procedure, via Suspension, real estate owners have the ability to control the recording of their properties and correct any errors.
This process ensures that the cadastral survey is properly completed and that there will be no problems in the subsequent operation of the Land Registry.
Necessary participation of citizens
According to the Hellenic Register of Companies – which announced extensions to 8 regional units in recent days – in the Suspension phase, citizen participation is needed to avoid unnecessary suffering in the future.
Upon completion of the Suspension, which includes the submission and examination of the correction and protest requests and the corresponding correction in the registration tables, the final registration data is produced, the Initial Registration Registers and the Cadastral Office begins to operate in that area, in the location of the Land Registry.
The electronic demonstration of the cadastre
After the start of the Suspension phase, each beneficiary will be able to view the relevant and electronic data through the Terrestrial Site www.ktimatologio.gr on the e-Real Estate Online Services portal.
Each beneficiary can view Suspension items using the security codes they use in Taxisnet applications or by creating (if they do not already have) their property registration code and also inserting the "three keys" found in proof of their declaration.
If he uses the Taxisnet codes, he will see all the properties of the suspended areas and will be linked to his tax identification number.
It is also electronically supported to send a request for rectification of personal data through the special "Post" application in the "Recording" section of the electronic services. The data required to access this service are three "keys": Declaration Declaration Number, Personal Code and Property Code, which appear on the Declaration of Declaration of Declaration.
Deadline of two months for corrections and objections
According to the Hellenic Register, Temporary Cadastral Charts and Interim Cadastral Plans will be placed in the Cadastral Offices and will be published for two (2) months beginning April 17, 2019.
Any person who has a legitimate interest may, within two (2) months from the date above, file a request for correction or objection to the Release Data to the appropriate Registration Office. For non-residents and the Greek State, the corresponding period is four (4) months.
In particular, for the request to correct a manifest error, the submission deadline is until May 4, 2020. Late submissions may also be submitted by the same date.
