From Wednesday, May 1, 2019 to October 31, the reduced summer night house fare will begin running from 11am to 7am, as indicated in a relevant PPC ad.
Follows the whole company announcement
"PPC SA reminds its customers that they use the domestic tariff at a reduced (night) rate, which will take effect during daylight savings time from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., as every year, from 1 May 2019 to October 31, 2019. Consumers who wish to receive more information on this issue may request relevant information from relevant PPC stores in their area to visit the PPC website (https://www.dei.gl/el) ".
Here are questions and answers about PPC's nightly domestic rate:
1. Night Invoice – What is the financial benefit of using it?
This invoice is of the best interest:
-When you use ultra-high energy appliances at night (hours of reduced charge)
-In each case, if your total day and night consumption exceeds 800 kWh (kilowatt-hours) in the four months
– If your consumption of 4 months (day and night) is less than 800 kWh, if night consumption is at least 150 kWh
-If you program, for example, with a timer, some energy-intensive appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, water heater, and heaters will operate at reduced load times.
-If you use electric cooker, electric iron and air conditioners mainly during the reduced load times
You also benefit from 24-hour electrical appliances (eg refrigerator, freezer, standby electronic devices), as 1/3 of the energy they consume will be charged at the reduced daily price. Also the consumption of night lamps will be charged at low prices.
2. Clarification on Home-Based Invoice
You can see if you have part-time or continuous time by checking your delivery meter. In particular, you can see if your meter records the consumptions in the record (Conter) with M (Reduced Invoice) or the Recorder (Conter) from 15:00 to 17:00 (from November 1 to April 30) with K (normal invoice) so you can find more time on your reduced invoice.
To find out if you are in continuous or part-time service, please contact the relevant DEDDIE Network Services service center that owns the service.
4. If you are a new (tenant / owner) user of a property, how can you find out if you have a Home Home Invoice and what is the time?
There are many ways to find out if you use the Home Schedule with a Billing.
A) When checking the account you receive:
-In front of the account in the upper right corner, the invoice type is mentioned, ie INVOICE: CYN Domestic Invoice
– On the back of the LOADED account, the "flat rate" is shown in detail, and the kilowatt-hour (kWh) that is consumed at night is shown below.
– At the back of the LOFT account (upper left corner), the meter readings are shown in detail.
B) Checking your delivery meter.
First, you can see if you have a double counting counter, that is if there are two Coneters in your meter. One is marked with K and the other with M. Then you can see if the nightly rate of the night applies, and your meter registers the consumption in the register (Conter) marked M.
C) Checking the initial panel of the house
In some cases, there is an indicator lamp on the initial panel, which is connected to the additional service tube. If the night light is on, use the night bill.
5. If you are a tenant of a property, how can you request an Internal Invoice?
To request a home evening bill, you must have written and the consent of the property owner.
6. How can you change the schedule from Continuous to Subtotal?
If you have the Home Night Club Real-Time Schedule, you may wish to change it to Segment, but you can not go back to the Continuous if you change your mind. This feature applies to most areas of the country.
This change is not possible because the nightly charge of the household throughout the year (23.00 to 07.00) is no longer granted.
