Sleep Disorders Increase Risk of Heart Disease

According to study author Dr. Liming Li of Peking University, is intensifying the connection in younger adults. A disadvantage of the Chinese study: Although it shows a link between insomnia and cardiovascular disease, cause and effect, however, have not yet been explored.
