The recommendations of the Forum on Tourism Facilitation in the Arab Region, organized by the Ministry of Tourism of Egypt and the League of Arab States in coordination with the Arab Tourism Organization, the Arab Academy of Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and the International Labor Organization ; The Arab world, and to participate in this Council a number of experts, academics and experts.
The recommendations also emphasized the need to work to increase the efficiency of the human element through the organization of training courses, as well as the continuation of the establishment and organization of conferences and seminars to raise awareness about the concept of light tourism and call the various means of communication and social networks to highlight the concept of soft tourism; And the development of tourism and the recommendation to benefit from IDB Group programs to implement many programs to achieve these goals and to benefit from the studies and programs available at the global, regional, Arab and Arab world universities.
It should be noted that the forum sessions included four panels, the first one entitled "The concept of light tourism: vision and sustainability" and the second on "applications and rehabilitation of hotel facilities for the use of light tourism", which presented the experience of the Ministry Tourism in the rehabilitation and formation of tourist monuments to explain monuments In sign language for deaf and dumb tourists, in addition to discussing the importance of technology and innovation in serving hospitality and facilitate tourism through the use of artificial intelligence applications.
In another session entitled "Promotion of Facilitated Tourism", the need to raise awareness about the concept of light tourism through the use of different media was discussed, as well as clarifying the role of social communication tools and ways of managing and promoting tourist destinations .
The last panel discussion entitled "Development and development of facilitated tourism in the Arab world" discussed the ideas and experiences of speakers on the development and development of light tourism in the Arab world and the role of Arab governments and the private sector in supporting and development of soft tourism.
